of Telesat in 1993, under the sincere cooperation of |
| theshareholders, we invested in a lot of 15000 square meters in
a scenic spot |
| of Coloane Island of Macau, on which we built an international
standard |
| satellite communication earth station. The earth station
is equipped with |
| facilities such as an integral satellite TV broadcast
and transmission platform and a complete satellite communication network

| system. |

course of the founding and development of Telesat, the Macau government
had given us their full support in many |
| ways, including but not limited to operations, land
allocation and legal pledges, which are vital to the smooth and steady
|
| development of the Company. Telesat is staffed
with talents who are specialized and experienced in aerospace satellite
|
| communication, TV broadcast, international
marketing research and management. We maintain close commercial links
with a |
| good deal of international entities and
we have the capabilities as a forceful international business operator. |
